I love meat dishes with sauce because I usually eat such food with bread. The sauce definitely enhances the taste of the meat whether it is chicken, pork or beef. We have a dish called caldereta that is goats meat cooked in tomato sauce and spices. It is the best meat dish for me.

I have a friend who used to make meat with sauce. Now that he has gone abroad, I miss it (not him – Hope he reads). It used to be awesome.
