I have eaten masala dosa at many places in different parts of India, but to my taste, I liked the best masala dosa of South Indian restaurants.
It is a south Indian dish, but nowadays it became popular all over India. It is something very special, evenly cooked, light brown in colour, with a tasty chutney, and spicy masala with one small piece of butter with the dosa. I personally prefer to drink a cold drink with dosa.
Yes, really mouth-watering. I can never forget that taste.
