March 4th Choices

The goal was to see Dad that got canceled. I have already taken the day off work so I guess I need to fill my day with writing and chores.

1. Go through the closets and get rid of everything that has not been worn in a year.

2. Wash all the bedding for the grand-kids beds.

3. Pick up medication. You may think the number of pills look extreme, in our home it truly is that way. Just one family member takes 27 pills in the morning and a higher dose at night.

4. 10,000 steps

5. 10 minute mindful exercise

  1. That is awful 27 pills sounds like modern medicine gone crazy. I thank the Lord each day I do not need any pills at all. If I am looking forward to something or I want to really go somewhere I just totally stress out if plans get changed suddenly. Then I am like you, I have to keep busy until I can get it all out of my system.
