It as a great day! My all of my choices got done. It doesn’t happen often that it all comes together.

This all worked, 

 need 10,200 steps today according to the doctor visit.

Today my broth and water intake reverse. 64 ounces of broth are needed and 24 ounces of water.

Work was not perfect, and still it went pretty good.  I didn’t spend much time on the site.  This morning the maintenance sign was up (thank for letting us know that was great!)
