Well, I couldn’t make it through the entire day of work. Hopefully tomorrow that will happen. I did get in 1000 steps which was more than the goal so that helps me feel better.
I am not very proud of myself today. I have a problem dealing with people who are mean and insincere. Today I lost my temper and that was not part of my goal. I find it hard to swallow when people don’t know who they are talking to and are still willing to give backhanded comments. I need to let to all go and wash away.
I get frustrated with myself when I can’t just wash my hand of mean and nasty things especially when they are directed at my sister.
