Hi friends, here i am sharing a picture of steel manufacturing which was captured during casting of iron billets. You can also see an High Speed Modular which is basically a casting unit called CCM.
Making of Steel is difficult job not only technically but physically as well, because you have to stand near melting and casting processes which has a huge temprature. The initial stage of melting of any kind of scrap is 1400° and the minimum point of casting is 1650°.
Making of iron is mere not about melting and casting there are many other elements in scrap like Carbon, Manganese, Silicone, Silver, Copper, Tin etc which need to maintain under certain limits.

Indeed it is a very tough job.

I have seen this being done on tv documentaries only.
I personally watching this process every day.
Yeah , Its really hard job , I have seen the process and worker in steel foundry
