This picture was taken in early January last year at Angel’s Billabong Bali. I once posted this photo in a color version along with several other photos.
Fishing is not something I like but watching people fishing is a special preoccupation. This person is fishing not as a hobby but to make a living. He only uses bamboo as a fishing rod. I don’t know how many fish he got that day, but since I set foot on the beach until I left that beach and saw him once again, it seems like no fish is around him.

Nice fishing photo, I don’t go out of my way to go fishing but my brother Denis does. He is one very serious person and its done to put food on the table.
Had to do this as a child with our family to put food on the table.
I don’t miss fish scales on the lawn.
For those who like fishing or who do that to be served at the dining table with a feeling of satisfaction, fishing is something that is very pleasant.

I can’t even cast the line out right lol. I hate worms and taking a fish off the hook. I would just watch and suntan lol. Hope you and your family are well.
About fishing, you and I are not the right people to do it, and yes, it’s better to watch or just accompany.
I LOVE fishing! Jason and I went fishing in his big canoe on Sunday. We caught loads of spot and I caught a big speckled trout and one croaker 🙂

I am not sure if I like fishing as I only went fishing twice with friends during high school. It was fun, though I didn’t get any fish, the time spent with friends were memorable.
I think, one of the things I can enjoy from going fishing is being together with friends, but not if going alone.

I visited a pond in my area yesterday. While I was enjoying the water I noticed a fisherman. It did not seem that a fisherman would catch any fish.

We used to hunt them with our bare hands … you went in the water and with your hands under the roots of the trees …. only here it was safe for you, but there are probably many snakes in the water … we also hunted them so that we fed them some intoxicants … when the fish ate these they were stunned and swam to the surface … but we waited 300m lower in the water and threw them to dry … which escaped us after a while they came to themselves

I have not spent more than 20 years fishing. I was walking when the kids were small. Now they walk with their children – my grandchildren. I hope he’s got enough fish. A good shot.
