Macro Monday – Behind the leaves

Kale is one of my favorite food, I can eat it everyday and I won’t get tired of it. I have many planted in my farm, so I know that they are free of chemicals and pesticides.

Kale is rich in iron and chlorophyll and, therefore, is a great option to treat anemia, decrease fluid retention and prevent the absorption of chemical substances from food, thus helping in the detoxification of the body.
