I decided to show a little different picture for the challenge that it will not always be a flower. At one of my trips, I also visited a well-known homestead – the Jelenov ridge inn. It is known mainly by the fact that we are first greeted by deer. The deer move freely after about 8 hectares enclosed farm. The regular deer is the largest of the representatives of the Cervidae family living in Slovenia. A regular deer has long, fragile hair. In summer, adult fur coats have a red color, and in the winter it turns gray. The male on his head carries a loose bony horn, which falls off in March or April, and in his place every year grows new.

Thank you very much for your kind comment
Such an adorable face and a wonderful photo!
I love deer, I only get to see them when I travel out to forest areas.
I see them when I visit the farm. I have not seen them in the forest yet.
Thank you. I saw them for the first time on this farm
The deer are very cute creatures, saw them in Sweden & it was unforgettable!!!
I agree. I look at them at every opportunity
I remember the cartoon named “Bambi”
My son also watched this cartoon ?
I know there’s a deer. I even have pictures taken in the forests around Pamplona in Spain. When I drink my coffee in some of the bars you can watch them. This one is young and very cute.
He’s really young and looks curious. I think that is why the deer come so close
We have a lot of deer around here, one is the white tailed deer.
I notice that there are more and more of them in our country
Of course I have often seen deer but have never known about deer farms.
In our country, we have some “unusual” things
That’s very interesting fact, dear friend.
We also have deer farms in New Zealand..My uncle Derek had a sheep farm with other animals in it, including deer.
In our country, we only have a couple. That’s the biggest one.
Then I must seek some photos of deer I saw on a deer farm for you.
Thank you so much, Pamela. You are very kind ?
Love that face. I see deer all the time but they are running away from mr.
Here too, some of them were very scary.
I have been afraid of the larger one, the bucks with the horns (male deer).
a lovely picture of the deer. Because the natural predators (wolves) are no longer in Maryland we have a huge deer overpopulation problem!
Oh, this is not all right. I sometimes wonder why it must come naturally to this situation. In our land we have problems with bears.
Great shot. This looks like a lovely place to visit. I love deer. My friend raised one that had been orphaned one time. I got to give it bottles.
Thank you so much, Kim. The place is really fantastic. I hope you succeed with the orphan
Beautiful picture, dear Vidocka ….. deer is really a noble animal
Thank you very much … I agree
