Running errands today. Had lunch out. No I did not have cactus for lunch, ha. Instead of taking food pics this time I snapped a photo of the flowers on my table. Very pretty little cacti in a pink planter. It brightened up my day. A little behind today but I will catch up with you all as soon as time allows. Have a great rest of the day everyone.

Those look pretty enough to eat, but maybe not a good idea, although some varieties of cactus are edible and delicious. Nopales/prickly pears are good in a salad. Have you tried them?
