Love ItLove It

Love the sea, always!

Seen from the beach, the ocean always seems to be the same. But not. The impacts of human action are many and we can no longer afford to ignore them. Taking care of the oceans is in our hands and it is time to dive for their preservation.

It will never be too much to remember that oceans occupy two-thirds of our planet, are the main regulators of the climate and produce more than 50% of the oxygen we breathe, so that we can reflect and understand how the harm we inflict on the sea does not only harm marine life. but all of us, our children and grandchildren.

The ocean is the blue heart of the earth and the health of the planet depends on it.

The United Nations has announced to the world that by 2050 there will be more mass of plastics in the oceans than fish. Every year millions of tons of plastic come to the seas, costing millions of marine animals their lives. In addition to being a polluting and biodiversity problem, its chain effects are overwhelming.

Despite warnings from scientists over the past 50 years, it has only recently begun to look at the ocean as a non-infinitely renewable nature. Today we know that its ecosystem is threatened by various sources of pollution – oil spills, toxic wastes, plastics – and that helping to remedy or reduce their impact is to open a window of hope for the future. And I believe we all can make the difference.
