Love ItLove It

”Look at me I got paid” posts or are they meant only to show off?

Posts that announce payments received according to me is some form of  advertisement for sites that pay apart from ofcourse the joy one gets to tell others they have been paid. In fact there is a site that pays you to show payment proof on their site.

Refusing to look at such posts by saying I am not interested in others’ glory is to my mind not a healthy trend.

Do you also ignore posts announcing payments received? I am totally in favour of announcing payments received and users should wish them well.  I wish there was a special category for this.

  1. I don’t think it’s a showing off, but perhaps a joy to share with others and also a confirmation to some people out there that this site is really paying.

I didn’t know there’s a site that pays us for showing our payment proofs. Mind sharing what site it is?

  2. Well, congratulations to you Grace. Yes, perhaps a category just saying Payment where people can announce that all their efforts have paid off and others could congratulate them since it does not happen every day.

  3. I agree that such posts can be very encouraging for new-comers and even attract outsiders. I’ve never posted one thinking “Hey, let’s boast about my earnings!”…
It’s more of like, “Hey, people out there, Virily pays, and IS STILL paying!”

I’m always happy to see such posts even when I’m not getting paid that month.

  4. I always write these posts to let others know payment is on its way. Never to brag or show off and I explain my intentions in the post. I use the other category for this post.

    • I am glad you are with me on this Carol. Forum Coin has a category for ‘payment proofs’ no matter which site it is and we get paid for that.

  5. I typically skip these posts. I understand why they might do their first one, but after that it seems more like a waste of time. At the very least I think they should black out the amount. I am not certain why I feel this way.

    • There is a typo in the title – the word or should not have been there. Hopefully users will know it is a typo.

I too feel happy to read such posts and in fact they promote a site that pays
