It totally depends on the Users choice, As both Linux and Windows are totally different to use, and the latest updates of the Windows with the different version is more attractive to use, As I am also a Windows User, and if you are still lagging behind to select the better one, check the comparison from ms outlook support and select the better one based on your criteria.
