Sometimes fate can play a cruel trick and force you to change your life. Like back in Riga, Latvia in August 2018 my husband suddenly died. There I was not in my homeland and in an old two-story house. I knew then and there that it was time to move on and to return to my homeland the U.S.
I am sorry to hear about your loss, I always thought you are native Latvian.
I was born and raised in NYC my parents were Latvians
I’ve had such moments.
