Let's Talk About Worries

Worrying can often become a habit. If can kind of sneak up on one and all the sudden everything seems like a worry and concern.  Today I felt like I was going down that path. So while I was out getting my steps in subzero weather, I made a mental list of all the things I was worrying about. After I came in and had a cup of tea I decide to write a physical list. It was fairly long. I didn’t realize how many things I worry about!

I went through and crossed off all the things that I had no control over.
