I hear it all the time. It’s on the news. You hear it in shows. Do you really know what it means. I decided to turn to the Urban Dictionary on this one.
“The hater doesn’t really want to be the person he or she hates, rather the hater wants to knock someone else down a notch. A person that simply cannot be happy for another person’s success. So rather than be happy they make a point of exposing a flaw in that person.”
After reading the definition I feel comfortable knowing that I have had dealing with haters before. It doesn’t excuse the behavior and it helps me understand the situation with more clarity.
That made me wonder if we should prepare for haters and remember not to allow them to have power over who we are. Often times I find quotes to be very helpful.
“To avoid criticism say nothing, do nothing, be nothing.”Elbert Hubbard

Hmm… polls aren’t working correctly again… haiz … choose one option and it appears as the other one instead … :/
Anyway, haters … I don’t know if I encountered a hater or spam but she just goes to every of my post and then say negative things about it, even it is as ridiculous as “it’s not worth the money because the sauce you need to add a lot of ingredients to taste good!!” but I clearly say, recipe … -_-”
Many more ridiculous examples like she say “your writings are full of personal opinion, so it is bad!” … err …
LOL
Well that is spectacular. Are you talking about my post? Can you not read it?
LOL. Trenna, I’ll copy that don’t in a word document and just copy-paste it whenever she strikes again 🙂
