Albert has started a new challenge which ask us to do more with our photos/graphics … (Read Post >> here) He even include a tutorial about how he did his cover image … (See it >> here)
I was experimenting with some filters/features on Photoshop and I discovered a “filter” that I hardly use – Liquidfy.
It’s very difficult for me to explain what Liquidfy does to the image with my limited vocabulary, but just say that it lets you distort the image by dragging … (similar to the way you can slim yourself in photo editing applications)
I called this one “cells” because I had that in mind when I did this … but this is not a good cell because it’ll hurt others with its “spikes”. LOL

Great work … with these applications we can really play and discover new things
Yes, they really make work much easier!
I LOVE this! It does look like cells. And yes, I have been doing a lot of experimenting lately with programs I already use.
Thank you, glad you like this one!
It’s rather addictive, huh?
Whatever the outcome, experimentation is an important step to understanding and making us more proficient!
I agree, but this is also the stage where people start questioning too
The question and questioning is the path to proficiency.
Yes I actually got a little carried away with my last edit. Oh well, it is a celebration photo. 🙂
Yes, it can get a little too fun!
Haha, but art is all about creativity and having fun 🙂
