Learnt a new word today – 'Snollygoster'

We have in our midst a great politician who excels in English.  He is known to pick an event concerning politicians and give them this title ‘snollygoster’when they behave in a shrewed and unprincipled way callking it the word of the day.  This word came into being as far back as in the year 1845 This word belongs to the US dialect. 

Something shocking happened yesterday here in India when in the ghastly hour of the morning the Governor of a State organised a swearing in ceremony to reinstate  the Chief Minister of that State and his deputy under suspicious circumstances. . 

In days to come I hope the Governor will be sacked.

  1. The person is a former politician but still getting in our way. A selfish, self centered, egoistic person. Disease, lawsuits not preventing the person to be nosy and snooty. I have but pity on that person.

    • But not this levell Pankaj. Never ever found any Governor going so low to appease the ruling party. Disgusting. Those letters were meant to get the other 3 to form the government. There is a procedure that needs to be followed All that was bypassed

      I am scared for the citizens of the country.
