Well, there’re probably hundreds of salmon recipe online … and this recipe was … thought to me by my cousin who happen to stumble on it online. I called it the “Lemon Black Pepper baked Salmon”

It’s really simple to prepare …

1) Dry the salmon

2) Apply salt

3) Apply oil

4) Squeeze some lemon juice, and add shredded lemon skin

5) Sprinkle black pepper

6) Wrap in foil.

7) Bake about 200-230, 30 mins. Depending on size.

I found one recipe with thyme too …
but then I’m not sure I should buy thyme just for salmon which we may not always have …

      • It is always best to use fresh thyme, this is why I use my garden thyme. I made toasted mushrooms and the left over bacon for lunch. I wanted to use thyme but its died but I found plenty of fresh basil and used that instead.

Thyme and lemon zest can be used for any white meat or vegetarian beans.
However, most herbs are amazing, and even more if they are fresh
