For dinner something light and pleasantly collected together – red beet, avocado, boiled eggs, blanched carrots, mozzarella and tomato cherries. For dessert yoghurt with fig jam. Healthy and dietary.

  1. This photo looks very nice my friend and I love all of the foods listed. Homemade is always my favorite. And that includes fruits and vegetables.

      • Lol… we have something like this but from a health point of view…

        “Eat good (healthy) breakfast, have a filling lunch, have little for dinner…”

        I guess they all means, can’t have a heavy dinner (enemy) hehe
