For dinner something light and pleasantly collected together – red beet, avocado, boiled eggs, blanched carrots, mozzarella and tomato cherries. For dessert yoghurt with fig jam. Healthy and dietary.

I think dinner should be light but we always have quite heavy dinner :/
There is a saying: “Breakfast you eat it alone, lunch with a friend and dinner supper to her biggest enemy.”
Lol… we have something like this but from a health point of view…
“Eat good (healthy) breakfast, have a filling lunch, have little for dinner…”
I guess they all means, can’t have a heavy dinner (enemy) hehe
I choose homemade food because it’s my dinner now.
I prefer to prepare my own food.
