Kheber Pukhtoon Kha which was known as NWFP of Pakistan, in the recent past the name was changed as Kheber Pukhtoon Kha. Actually a majority of Pukhtoon (Pashto speaking) are living in this Provence so the name was changed on the demand of Pukhtoon public of this Provence. Important and historical cities are in this province like Peshawar, charaada, mardan, Kohat , Dera Ismail Khan, Abbottabad Mansehra Batagram, Kohistan etcetera. The major area of this Provence are contain on huge and small mountains with huge stones and trees.

Majority of people are Pushto speaking, however hindku, Urdu and saraiki are also understand able to the people of this Provence.  Majority of the people are educated here. A high percentage of literacy here in this Provence in comparison to other provinces of Pakistan. This Provence have many Beautiful places for tourist. This Provence ofcourse full of natural beauty
