Keep Drinking Coffee

For coffee drinkers, it’s very good news. After doing some research apparently those who drink coffee can live longer lives than those who don’t. Coffee drinking offers many health benefits like reducing the risk of heart disease, type-2 diabetes, and other illness that are life-threatening.

Studies were done on more than 200,000 people who regularly drank one to five cups of coffee a day. The only downside of drinking coffee is that added creamers and sweeteners won’t do much good. It makes one think that a very long time ago when I did drink coffee I drank it black and that this was a good thing. Who knew?

I am now a tea drinker and I don’t think I will change my mind. I figure all right so coffee apparently has health benefits but since both it and tea have caffeine perhaps I am also getting some benefits anyway.

  1. But I also feel that people who drink a lot of coffee should also drink a lot of water because coffee is very dehyrdating, especially during the drought summer heat of socali. That is why I sometimes now buy an Infused Coffee from Sprouts because it is actually hydrating and has many vitamins, such as collagen, biotin, and manganese, in which I need in my middle age.
