Kardashian Smoothie

Kardashian. The name is loud and everything that concerns them has power. On my Pinterest tour, I found this recipe for a healthy smoothie by Kourtney Kardashian. Made from banana and avocado, this drink is rich in antioxidants and is therefore perfect for breakfast. The best part? It only takes two minutes to prepare, is vegan and has no gluten.

Ingredients (for 2 meals):

1 cup unsweetened almond milk;

¼ of a cup of blueberries;

Organic spinach to taste;

1 tablespoon hemp seeds;

1/2 ripe avocado;

1/2 frozen banana;

1 tablespoon unsweetened organic peanut butter;

Ice cubes.

Preparation:

Pour the almond milk into the blender;

Add the remaining ingredients;

Mix until smooth and creamy;

Pour into two smoothie containers and… just enjoy!

  1. I have read so much about avocado and its goodness. We planted a sapling years ago and it has not yielded. We do not get it here in stores and getting it online is very expensive.

  2. I would say this would be very filling my brother makes this type of thing for breakfast but it is banana avocado, leaves of kale, spinach and silver beet and apple.
    I did not mind it but not for everyday.

  3. It looks good, but I don’t have all these ingredients at home, and avocado is very expensive in my country, hence I don’t think I’ll try this. I have recently read about celery juice, but I can’t find celery in the market lately too. 😀
