This video is funny but also very sad, Two of the stars in the video are no longer with us.
(Chris Farley and Phil Hartman)
This next one is a time-lapse I watch all the time!
I reached the end of cars we’ve owned in the past so now I am starting on Cities I’ve traveled or visited.
Today, the city of my birth Chicago Illinois, US. The timelapse for today is Chicago. The cover picture is the skyline of the City with Big Shoulders or sometimes called the Windy City.
Sports teams that call Chicago home:
The Chicago Bears (American football)
The Chicago Bulls (basketball)
The Chicago Fire (MLS or Major League Soccer)
The Chicago Cubs (baseball)
and some other baseball team I don’t remember the name!
I love Chicago!
Just for fun – share links to fun videos to help people be entertained in the time of quarantine. Now add a picture from a city you have traveled to in the past (not the one you live in)!
Do you like the new just for fun city edition?
it is fun to do new things, right?

Thanks for this wonderful trip. I doubt I’ll ever visit Chicago
it is a fun city but a long trip for you!
You are right. So I don’t think I’ll see this city live.
there are many cities left for me to see that i will never see.
I will keep reading but I may not post about the places I’ve been in.
we do what we can do. I enjoy the virtual tours of dawns delights! sometimes mundanely called a garden.

Since you did not mention them – Go White Sox!
sorry what do you mean by white sox? are you referring to that team that cannot be mentioned?
I have been to Chicago twice and I remember I enjoy the beer gardens they have in the summertime.
they have a festival in the summer called taste of Chicago – i have spent hours wandering the festival. Although i think there will be no taste this year.
Beautiful views from Chicago! I am currently watching “Rules of engagement” and I barely recognized David Spade so young.
he was a young pup in that show! struggle sometimes watching old shows with young people. I have the same issue looking at times at old pictures of myself.
but it is a me thing!
For shows, I think it depends where you have watched the actor first. If you know them as a kid, they may never feel “right” as a grown up.
you know, you said it much better than I did!
That’s a first! 😀 😀
honestly, i think you’ve done that many times over the years. Give yourself credit!
Another great way to bring smiles to everyone Doc. 🙂
thanks Carol – just trying to keep things light.
I understand, doing the same here.
🙂 you always make me smile so thank you for everything you do!
