When I was a kid I went to an English School. But, at the time the upper grades were mostly Australians. So at the break, we would play Australian Rules Football. Sometimes we played Rugby, but mostly football. The rules are similar to the rules of American Football so I caught on really quickly.
I am down to two pictures left that people choose randomly. I will try and finish that up tomorrow. In the US Disney Plus is streaming the musical Hamilton starting today, that is something we are planning on watching!

I wish you a nice celebration. We do not have this holiday in our country. Although I’m not a football fan, I was happy to look naked.
it is a very fun game, but like anything else it just depends on where you grow up!
Football is very popular in our country. My son also played football but I think American football has slightly different rules.
It is funny actually. In the US the best athletes play Basketball, Baseball, US Football and Olympic sports.
In Europe and South America, the best athletes play Football.

see you are showing your european nature now. Football, American style was actually a lot more focused on using the feet back in the day. The evolution to the game you see now happened about 70 years ago. hah!

I don’t know anything about American football but I read it’s called this way because the lenght if the “ball” is 1 foot. I am here just for the jokes. Maybe Americans invented this game because they got tired of being defeated in football and rugby. 😁

Australian rules football rocks and does receive more exposure now. For the past two or three years now, games are shown on FS1. I watched parts of a game on last night between Geelong and Gold Coast on at around three in the morning.
it is amazing to play and to watch. We watched a match in Syndey and at the end wanted the game to go on!
Coming from a military family my choices are based on my husband’s healing and that means I am all in on this holiday.
