Daytona Beach Florida is perhaps famous for two things. The first thing is the famous race that occurs on the Daytona Track (24 hours of Daytona, and the NASCAR Daytona 500).
The other thing is the flocks of college students in the spring.
But the thing I remember most about the beach is that the sand is packed really tight. So you can easily ride a mini-bike all over the beach.

That is my beach now. I a looking forward to walking to the beach and strolling in the ocean when those very hot days return.

The beach is beautiful but I prefer more “quiet” beaches.
so do I, but when I was in college we went to Daytona Beach! it was not quiet!

I go on vacation in September just for the sake of peace. Most people have already completed their holidays in September.

Yes, in Europe the main holiday season is July and August
my first project in Europe was nearly done at the end of July. I was shocked that it just stopped until September.
my second project in Europe, I planned for now work August!
I have never been a big fan of the beach, always too crowded for me. But i do enjoy a sunset on the beach. Love the fun series. 😉

I’ve never been lucky enough to visit Daytona Beach. It does look lovely though.
it is really quite lovely – sort of Brighton beach but not as cold!
