Just Another Example

So now in comments section I see “our site and facebook”. There are no instructions and it doesn’t seem to do anything. Perhaps it is just a decoration. Or maybe it would only work if I signed in with facebook, but I can’t do that because it wouldn’t set up my account that way. Well you leave your creators in the dark, they tend to come up with likely scenarios. I am not sure the sometime people we can reach, who are very nice, have any clue what is going on either.

  1. I used to be a programmer so I’m very aware of how Murphy’s Law applies to anything computer-related. I don’t begrudge them the problems so much as how they have botched the public relations side. Maybe it’s a cultural thing.
