Joining a photo contest

Some years ago, I joined a photo contest conducted by the Catholic church. The them is connected to the religion. My entry was a guy carrying a wooden cross. He is being assisted by another guy who has polio which gives him a difficult time in walking. It was a stroke of luck that I won with a prize of a Canon camera. That camera is still working well and I am using it all the time. The accompanying picture was taken by that camera.

But with the lockdown and the not ordinary prevailing situation, I don’t think there will be another photo contest. Any gathering of people is not allowed anymore so any kind of event is not practical to hold. Maybe next year, the summer photo contest will be repeated.
