January 11 Goals: Call the mortuary and tell them how to spell Dad’s name, again. Fix all the things that my siblings want to be said that I didn’t say. Find a florist who will simply send me the things I want, so my husband can do his floral arrangement, cry less, Forgive.
January 12 Goals: Figure out what day it really is. Check the online obituary and see if it is corrected. Go and get the suits from the cleaners (they will probably wear their levis, but they should have options) Make certain hotel reservations are handled for the day before so that someone will be at the funeral on time. Smile more, cry less. Forgive.
