I have to tell you, by the time I arrived at the food bank I was beat. I was there, but I think I got about 1/2 the work completed that I usually do.
I did the breathing exercises early in the morning, at the doctors office and at the food bank, so I was awake and alert this time and know they got completed.
At bed time I still had 2000 steps, so I put the pedometer back on, turned up the music and danced. Then I just plain crashed into bed. Two hours later I woke up to brush my teeth!
Are you ever just beat at the end of a day?
