It’s Done!

One day every month instead of making a “to do” list, I make an it’s done list. I have been doing this for a very long time. It helps me reset and celebrate accomplishments rather than see a list that might have gone undone for the day. It’s not a list about what needs to be accomplished, but a list of accomplishments. It boosts my energy level and reminds me of all the little things that I do in a day that I can truly enjoy and celebrate. I may have written about it before, but today I am going to take a brave new step and I am going to share my “It’s Done” list.  It will probably reveal more about me that I want you to know, and yet perhaps it will be good reminder to me that I need to be accountable for my time. Once a minute has gone by it has either been used, enjoyed or wasted.

I do hope you read the results. It will be listed in a post called It’s Done ~ the results.

  1. What a great idea! Instead of bring a sense of omg I have to do all of this, you get a feeling of accomplishment. A friend years ago gave me a book “the artists way” and this would be a great thing to ad to that.
