I am a fan of food, hahaha, but I eat only moderately.
We all have to eat. It’s how we survive.
I do not like to go to a restaurant alone so if I want something different I go to a fast food place for take out,
I have learned to go alone. Sometimes now I actually enjoy it.
I rarely go to a restaurant. I prefer to prepare food at home.
That probably saves money as well.
