Yesterday when I was ready about tracking children, I found it upsetting and worrisome that we had come to that. It wasn’t until he wrote about the elderly that I had not thought of the tracked watch as a privacy issue. How did I disconnect the two? It may have been because the picture was a busy city and I was thinking of someone taking a child, rather than my husband wondering off into the mountains. At any rate it didn’t strike a cord until this morning.
(I think this might be called brain fog or just plain dumb.)

The problem comes to my city in Florida when the tourists flock in and there are so many people that you always see at least a couple of children wandering around looking for their parents.
I still struggle with that issue, it is confusing. I see so much value in knowing where people are, but it is so easy to abuse that.
I agree. It’s funny because when I do the test I always do it when he’s in the kitchen. I think there is some leeway because he can choose to take off that watch and leave it. There is nothing implanted.
It really is. The concern I had, yesterday, talking to a security (former hacker) co-worker was the reality of how easy it is to hack them.
I guess we could all switch off at sometime or the other. nothing to be embarrassed.
Thanks for giving me a boost. I will try and keep up!
