The flesh of a small animal is more beneficial to health and for its recognition, fiber, color and smoothness are seen. Large animal fibers are stiff and slightly stiff, and the color is slightly brown or inky. In comparison, if the meat was of a goat, its color would be pinkish-red and velvety. The bone is small while the fat is yellow in color.
