I used natural homemade toothpaste for one week. I wanted to see the benefits of this toothpaste. I noticed that my teeth are whiter now than before. I wanted to use only natural toothpaste for a week. I used a tongue cleaner and a dental floss. It took a week to see the results and I saw them.

I made my toothpaste with baking soda and coconut oil. I also put two drops of mixed oil for teeth. How you made your tooth paste? 🙂

I watched Youtube and i made my own toothpaste. It’s very popular toothpaste with baking soda and coconut oil. People use some other oils too. I made my toothpaste, i used baking soda, coconut oil and two drops of some mix of oils ( peppermint oil, tea tree oil…) but you can use oil you want.

It’s possible. I am also using mix of oils to polish teeth.

I saw on Youtube and i made my own toothpaste. I used a baking soda, coconut oil and a few drops of mixed essentials oils.
At under $1.00 a tube, I buy my own.
