It’s that moment that I realize I am moping and thinking about things that I cannot change. That seems like a total waste of energy and time. Still I catch myself doing just that. Well, today when I catch myself trying to deal with things I have no control over, I am going to move forward to something different.
Instead of a to do list today ~ I am making a I won’t do it list!
1. I won’t send multiple emails. If they don’t answer they miss the opportunity.
2. I won’t continually worry. I will catch myself and move on ot things I have some control over.
3. I won’t be mean. I will be Thumper “If I can’t say something nice, I won’t say anything at all.
4. I won’t judge the actions of others. I don’t know their heart and their story. I have not walked in their shoes.
5. I won’t allow anyone else to be the boss of me!

We have to find a way to balance demands and our needs. I like the idea of an I Won’t list I’ve done them in the past.
I never make sesame what it would be and how it would … it seems spontaneous … depending on the inspiration
Never made such list …..
Given your illustration, I wonder if you should really “panda” to these feelings?!
