Ghostwriter
I was sitting in the living room in front of the television watching the last 10 minutes of the movie. He came in, grabbed the remote, changed the channel and then walked into the bathroom with the remote.
It might surprise you to know that he is still alive because there were a few moments there when I was still trying to decide what should be done. He cannot blame this on his illness. This is just plain inconsiderate. Normally I would have been recording it just in case but he was snoring in bed.
To avoid any angry outburst that really want to do I am going for a walk. I am thinking it might be a very long walk.

i often find myself withdrawing when angry. I try to avoid exploding.

my doctor says get outside, get away. but I do understand your situation is different.
