Hummingbirds visit my deck during the summer. They are all gone now. They will return in the summer again next year. I miss these little jewels. They are beautiful little birds. I saw the Pixabay photo above and thought it described my feelings perfectly. I look at these tiny little birds as a treasure. I feel fortunate to witness them so closely on my deck feeders. I hope you too have seen these little birds. They are more of what nature has to offer all of us.
The photo below was taken on my deck feeder during the summer. You can see his wings are going so fast they are a blur.

Yes they visit each year, I am lucky to see them.
I saw one on my hike on Tuesday. He was upset we were taking a break under his tree!! Or hers..

I regret that I have never seen a hummingbird in real life. Only in photographs and in movies. But at least I know these little lovely creatures do exist.

Hummingbirds dont’ live in my area! I have seen only the hummingbird hawk-moth. Shared !
Many do not see these birds, what a shame. But those moths are incredible. Thanks for the share. 🙂
