How to get vitamin D naturally

Vitamin D is important for bones and teeth health. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to various diseases. We cannot provide enough vitamin D for our diet. A 10-minute on sunny day applies to the equator. When the sun come at an oblique angle or it is cloudy we do not get uvb rays. Only those from 280 to 300 make us vitamin D. They are most abundant when the sun is at its zenith and the sky is cloudless. On the Balkan Peninsula, sun exposure is required 20 minutes a day to be into the part of the day when our shadow is shorter than we are. You should not use sunscreen during those 20 minutes.
