Eating only in a strictly defined 10-hour period every day helps to solve many metabolic problems, which occur because of a violation of the daily cycle. These conclusions were made by scientists from the Salk Institute in California.
The scientists turned off the genes responsible for maintaining circadian rhythms in mice and divided the experimental animals into two groups. The first one was provided with access to food around the clock, and the second group was given food once in 10 hours out of 24. As a result, those mice that could eat at any time of the day got numerous health problem, like diabetes, extra weight, and fatty liver disease, while the second group of mice remained healthy. And this despite the fact that the calorie content of food and its composition for both groups were completely identical.
According to the researchers, this scientific experience has shown that limiting food intake to a 10-hour interval per day helps to maintain health and even extend the life span. In the near future, experts will begin to conduct the same experiments with the participation of people.

Agree, my doctor urged me for reducing it to 8 hours!
I don’t think that’s a good idea
I don’t even like it, my friend …. I eat when I’m hungry and don’t look at my watch
Does not sound like a good idea to wait that long before eating.
Great Information here , thanks
Actually it is called intermittent fasting. It has worked for me in the past. I am trying to get back to it again.
Good luck with that! Hope you will feel good
