The answer is much more simple than the amount of effort I put into it. It is the first time I made $120 in a month. A few months ago, I made a video which started getting a good amount of views in the last days of May. That video was going so good that I made $13 from it in just one day.
It had been playing well for a week and helped my channel grow faster than for the last 6 months. When you have one good video which has regular views, other videos also get some views which help your channel.
So, I knew that it was my chance to put more effort into my YouTube, and I started making more videos related to that popular one. Now, I have regular viewers who watch all new videos which bring me an average 3-5k view on one video.
