Since we were forced to stay at home, I have to made bread at least 4 times a week. It is a pleasant way to spend my time and at the same time to enjoy a tasty and healthy bread! I used to make bread using yeast, but I gave up this ingredient and now I make bread using sourdough starter. Bread tastes great!
