Home made Seed Sourdough Bread

Since we were forced to stay at home, I have to  made bread at least 4 times a week. It is a pleasant way to spend my time and at the same time to enjoy a tasty and healthy bread! I used to make bread using yeast, but I gave up this ingredient and now I make bread using sourdough starter. Bread tastes great! The bad part is that … I started to get fat because I think I overcooked eating fresh bread!😀😀


450 g white flour

50 g rye flour

150 g sourdough starter

10 g salt

150 g seed mixture (in, sister flower, poppy)
