I just read this quote by Marilyn Monroe, “Heels are a woman’s best friends.” Is this true?
Perhaps it is for some women, but it’s certainly not for me. I never like to wear high heels, or I should say I am not capable of wearing them. I just don’t feel comfortable wearing high heels. Even when I was required to dress formally when I went to office, I just picked a pair of shoes with lower heels, so that I was able to walk comfortably and long hours.
Besides being clumsy of wearing high heels perhaps, I always read that wearing high heels is not good for our body, especially our spine. I guess the only time I really wore a pair of high heels like the image shown was during my wedding. Those were a pair of high heels given by my mom, otherwise I might not even get them.
I think some women might look pretty and sexy when they are wearing high heels, some of them look confident too. It’s just that they are not my best friends at all.

I guess i haven’t worn high heels in 20 years now. It triggers off my spinal problems. I used to love wearing high heels but not anymore.
