Healthy food is very necessary to remain fit and perfect. But, the availability of healthy food is very difficult, as everybody is in a hurry position in current days, everyone prefer to get immediately ready made food, which is almost a junk food. Junk foods have a lot of spices, frying in low quality oils, access of sodium, and sometimes extra sugar, which lead us towards high blood pressure, heart attack and many other dangerous diseases.
We need to take care of our health, which food we eat, just examine it and try to eat things made by natural resources. no doubt, we have not much time, but life is a great blessing of God, so we should be carefull.
