Happiness Is Bird Watching – Just For Fun

Being close to nature and animals always makes me happy. I recently read that according to a research done by the University of Exeter, people who live in neighborhoods with more birds, shrubs, and trees are less likely to suffer from depression, anxiety and stress. What do you think?

I met this adorable black-winged stilt in Lake Pomorie, a wonderful place for all the bird watchers. Since this lake is a part of Via Pontica – the second largest avian migratory route in Europe.

  1. Definitely do believe that watching birds can be therapeutic. I love watching humming birds when I see them around, plus the tiny brown birds because they bring positive vibes through movement. As for my favorite bird I’d have to say either a Eagle because of the presence they have.
