Great spotted woodpecker (Dendrocopos major).
It is widespread throughout Europe and North Asia.
The upper body is black with a bluish luster.
The forehead is whitish, the crown and nape are bright red.
This picture is not very visible because it was almost all the time in profile…
Otherwise, the eaves of this house had broken it in several places 🙂
