My niece and her family live in New South Wales, Australia. Although the fires are intense in rural areas they have felt the effect where they stay
She found burnt cinders in her lawn and her lawn has turned into hay. There is fog all over. They were expecting thunder and lightning and in fact two have already died there of lighting strike.
I just had to listen and offered my prayers. What else can one do?

I am glad they are all right but it is terrible that these fires cannot be controlled. They have said online already that many animals have been lost.
My niece also lives in Australia, but she went only for 1.5 years. That is so terrible what is going on in this beautiful country.
