Google, the world’s largest search engine, has announced not to publish ads that contain political campaigns. Google says ads targeting political opponents to run political campaigns will no longer run. while political reform of any sort is good news, it would be better if the government reformed itself…
I’m a conservative voter. So, I only watch political ads that promote truthful, proven accomplishments a presidential candidate has done FOR the my COUNTRY and for my fellow tax-payers use of our tax money.
Our current president is an UNPAID Commander-in-Chief. We should leave private citizens alone with their hard-earned money on how they want to use their money– such as in support of their candidate.
Google’s bias is a bad move. Nevertheless, public campaigns and packful well-attended rallies can’t be stopped. Good riddance, Google!

WOW! That’s a fantastic cost-saving! I mean for the people who are running for political office. I always thought political ads were a waste of money. I never really listened to them or rather never attached much weight to them.
But now … my question is … since the money doesn’t need to be spent on advertisements, what are the politicians going to do with all that extra money? Feed the poor? Improve educational institutions? Set up a charity foundation similar to the Ronald McDonald House? Give it back to the donors? Put it in their bank accounts? The money has got to go somewhere.
