Why Good employees leave an organization?

This is a study being conducted to ascertain why good employees leave a company or organization. In the job market, it has been discovered that there is high staff turnover in jobs especially in the hospitality industry. Staffs come in and exit bringing me to gather your opinion on this subject matter.
