The city of Piria’polis on southern Uruguay’s Atlantic coast. It is one of the country’s earliest resorts, it’s famous for its belle époque–styled buildings, A good example of the style is the waterfront, Hotel Argentino.
A chairlift which is situated near the Piria`polis harbor leads up to a hill Cerro San Antonio, which has a small whitewashed chapel and a lookout point. The promenade of Rambla de Los Argentinos, waterfront, curves around the bay as well as the famous Piriápolis Beach, the spot, where this incredible sun-drenched wave is breaking at sunrise.
